Not very helpful
I would like to thank the Lansing Connect administrators and the Lansing Police for such fast and thorough action on resolving the noise/excessive speed problem -- not only down Moores River Drive, but on MLK, which was being used as a frightenly dangerous and loud race strip. It has made such an enormous difference in the neighborhood! I and my neighbors thank you most heartily for your exceptional service!

App loads to a splash screen, no menu, no buttons... nothing. worthless.

I don't know if it's the app or the city? What a waste of money!!! I made a request 10 weeks ago, than posted a reply 5 days ago, and the request is still in process. Nobody's looked at it. I wonder how much this app costs, that could be filling potholes, the correct way.
Reports within app aren't monitored well. This results in issues being ignored and not addressed. Could not find an option to delete a report that is no longer an issue and reporting an update did nothing. This app is a poor attempt of an urban city to appear like they are fixing issues. Would be interested to know how much of my tax dollars went into the purchase of this app.
Sadly it doesn't work. It loads but then nothing within the app seems to work.
Great way to report issues. From potholes to uncut grass. Just upload a photo and address. Done. Gives you updates as to the status of your complaint.
